Shipping Your Order
Orders will be processed within 2 full business days of the order being placed. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please give our team a call at 843-671-2291 to request changes.
Standard Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $200 or more
- $9.95 flat rate for orders below $200.
Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 days (not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Due to air transportation restrictions within the United States, we are unable to ship orders of Cologne products to Alaska and Hawaii.
2-Day Shipping
- $25 flat rate for all orders
2-Day shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays). 2-Day Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
